Assigning Geo Data Manually
- Click with the mouse on the location in the map where your image nearly has been taken (1)
- Now click the button "Assign Marker to Selected Images" (2)
- If you have enabled the option to automatically fill IPTC location data (dialog "Settings | Misc | Get Location Info when Assigning Map Position"), you will probably get the following dialog to confirm the correct location:
- The position of the map marker and the found location info now will be taken to the selected images. To accept these values permanently you have to save them by clicking the save button (3). The values will be written then to the internal EXIF and IPTC data.
- The new values now has been written to the image:
